Quality of response of counsellor

Our query was about finding out courses for post graduation in Uk and USA but 4 years from now. the research is important at this stage to allow us to choose the right course for Under grad. Now to enable a smooth path for the future It seems the counsellors are only interested in answering queries that can convert immediately . The counsellor who called my daughter basically told her that her PG move is very far out and there is nothing he can offer now. I find it very surprising considering you market yourselves as experts for guiding students to study abroad and you Refuse to help a student whose mobility is a few years out and not immediate !! Disappointed

Review for my consultant

Shaila, my consultant was very helpful throughout my process, right from selecting the best university till the approval of my Visa. The process went butter smooth just because of my consultant. Working Fine

Need improvements to update college data. Few of the courses listed in the app are not available in college websites.

Spoiled my future and money suffer from depression bcz of IDP

My experience is very bad with IDP ..stuff have no experienced what college is good what is bad for students they spoiled many student’s future by wrong guidelines..IDP spoiled me and friend ‘s future by visa filing in wrong college and don’t give response also our hard earned money is stuck from last 2 years they don’t give refund till the day we suffer from lots of stress because of IDP ..( be aware before visiting guys )because we spend huge amount of money they don’t bother just focus on college commissions 🙏not on student’s hard work nd their parents hard earned money..

Slow form starting

Sometimes when i try to open this app it takes time and show me blank page

Student got help from IDP

It great, I got into a university and starting my business course after visiting IDP. All documents and paperwork for apply done really quick and easy especially agent Jimmy Nguyen, he helps out a lot

Good but a few flaws

Initially I updated preferred study destinations as AUS and NZ so the “fast track” showed me suitable universities to apply and get decision from, now I have narrowed down my study destination to NZ and have updated the same in the profile but still the fast track section is showing me AUS universities and not suitable NZ universities to apply. Hope this gets fixed and I will be able to see universities suitable for me to apply in NZ. Please fix this

An amazing app with wonderful features

After having applied to 5 universities, I realised that I should have used this app. I was lost in the application process since I was not sure of how to proceed with each application. Using this application, I got everything I needed to know about the universities, the application process, the deadlines, the courses to take, etc. This app is a blessing in disguise and has helped tremendously.

IDP is poor in services and in managing application

Their consultant services are very poor. They will not guide you properly to get good course of your choice . They do not give proper status of your application, Infact to track my application I joined this app but this is useless app, never updated. Their consultants rush behind money nothing else.

Very professional

I consulted IDP Rajouri for Canada admissions. My counselor is Ms. Mohita who gave me excellent suggestions as to what colleges I should apply and I had a great experience. It turned out to be very helpful and professional, and all the queries regarding the application process were taken care of.

Current Education Status option

Hi
I recently downloaded the app and was trying to update my profile and found that under the current education there’s only Bachelors Degree option. I am in my 12th grade and this leaves my profile incomplete. Pls advise

User friendly app
