Facebookの広告をみて面白そうだったのでいつでも解約できるとの文言から無料期間で本当に利用したいから決めたくサブスクしました。結果アップル経由で登録したように見せかけて、本当はクレカから直接引き落としの手続きに自動的に移行？最初から騙してた？かで、全然気軽にキャンセルできませんでした。アプリ内のチャットで解約依頼をしたにも関わらず本来2900円/週(この時点でめちゃくちゃ高い)くらいでしたが、いきなり29000円請求されました。もちろん承認した訳でもなく、問い合わせで何の意図で支払い請求があったのか、に対しては返信なし。返金請求したにも関わらず、返金できないの一点張りでいまだに未解決です。高評価はマジサクラです。香港からの請求でどうしようもないので、詐欺です。Appleはどうしてこのような悪質なサイトをそのままにしてるのでしょうか？

Fraud & scam please be aware

Hello, this app is fraud and a scam they charged me twice in one week. For $28 and then $166 don’t click on anything on this app it will charge u! Just delete the app don’t download it I hope this can help someone else

Soutenons le vrai travail des artistes au lieu de virer au tout-IA comme les autres plateformes !

En tant qu'abonnée annuelle chez vous mais aussi sur d'autres applications — où c'est 90 % de vrais dramas avec de vrais acteurs (le reste en IA étant simplementmentionné en dessous de la fiche du drama, et même si elles sont très chères, ça vaut le coup) —, je tiens à souligner que iDrama fait partie des plateformes qui proposent encore de vrais dramas avec de vrais artistes. Chacun doit pouvoir apprécier ce qu'il aime, mais si vous basculez à 100 % sur l'IA, je ne me réabonnerai pas. C'est d'ailleurs exactement pour cette raison que j'ai annulé mon renouvellement automatique sur d'autres plateformes (je finis le 6 octobre 2026 sur DramaWave et en février 2027 sur NetShort, et je ne regarderai plus du tout leur contenu virtuel, d'autant plus que je suis actuellement à l'hôpital). On sait bien que le tout-virtuel est une solution de facilité moins coûteuse, mais je préfère largement payer pour de vrais dramas et soutenir le travail acharné de vrais artistes. J'espère sincèrement que iDrama ne virera pas totalement vers l'IA, car je constate déjà qu'il y a pas mal de dramas virtuels chez vous en ce moment et ce serait une immense déception. Surtout, le plus inacceptable aujourd'hui, c'est que votre service client est totalement aux abonnés absents et ne répond jamais. Un abonnement annuel implique un minimum de considération, de respect et de suivi. J'attends un retour rapide sur ma demande en suspens.

This app is a scam, there’s no way to cancel subscription. I’ll have to contact my credit card company. (Edit: I ended up having to file a chargeback. Unlike other similar apps I’ve used this one DOES NOT have an option to cancel weekly payments in your profile).

There's no unsubscribe!

I’m having trouble unsubscribing from this service. It won’t show on my Apple account, and the process is difficult. I’ve tried adding it to notification feedback, but there’s no confirmation. I’m still waiting for a confirmation email. The user experience and interface are also quite deceptive, as it’s easy to accidentally subscribe through the app’s design.

AI authors and misleading subscription

All the stories are basically the same written by AI. I did not realize I subscribed and before I knew it they were charging me $18 a week. I attempted to contact customer feedback, but nothing leads anywhere. I tried to cancel the subscription after iDrama directed me to Apple. Apple does not have iDrama listed in my subscription information. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Hard to cancel Subscription and Difficult to get a refund

When you decided to cancel your subscription you can’t locate where to Unsubscribe it. That is why it will automatic renew, you need to go feedback and email them to cancel it. When you asked for refund because of the automatic renew that is not intended just because you can’t find the where to Unsubscribe it, they asked for the copy/screenshot of the payment, but if you gave the screenshot they asked for more like the 4 digits of the acct number you used etc. even you provide the screenshot of your payment. In the end, you’ll just want to end the conversation because of the many process you need to do. What a waste of time.

such a scam when they make it difficult to cancel your account i deleted the acc and they still
were trying to charge me after i told them that they said i needed to make a new acc and talk to them through there honestly the only way i found is to delete the ACC and cancel your card they are absolutely rubbish ppl and don’t care abt the customers at all

Lies and not worth it

They tell you, you can cancel anytime but nope. Doesn’t show up on my subscriptions and i have been trying to cancel it for a while now. Stories ain’t worth it either.
