Cobrança indevida
Contratei apenas uma semana de serviço mas cobraram mais duas semanas sem eu perceber no cartão. Tentei cancelar mas não consegui, minha sorte foi que usei um cartão virtual e bloqueei o mesmo senão ia ser obrigado a pagar por um serviço que não quero mais

애플페이 로그인없이 결제된거라 구독항목이나 결제관리에도 안뜨고 카드사에서는 해외결제건이라 자기네가 하줄 수 있는 게 없다하고 당장 다음주부터 쌩돈 정기구독 될 것 같아서 빡쳐있는데 고맙게도 리뷰에 지갑앱에 들어가서 할 수 있다고 써주신 분 덕분에 일단 처리는 해놓은 상태. 다음주 되봐야 알겠지만 처리 안되면 카드사랑 이의제기해서 또 3개월 넘게 걸릴 수 있다하고 그냥 쓰레기앱임
Impossible to cancel subscription
This is a terrible app as it automatically deducts a weekly payment that is calls a ‘recharge’ so does not appear in the Apple Account or anywhere else as ‘subscription’. Appalling service and also the VIP upgrades are marked at one price and then deducted for an annual payment. The AI stories are poor, repetitive and poorly narrated. Basically it’s a scam.

Ich habe den App abonniert mit 17,99 € Ich dachte, ich kann die ganze Folgen sehen doch am Ende zeigt mir, dass ich die komplette Serien nicht sehen kann und es ist nicht zur Verfügung. Das ist sehr blöd ich empfehle niemanden

Can’t cancel subscription
I wanted to try this app for a week. I paid for a week thinking i would be able to cancel my subscription anytime but there’s no option for you to be able to cancel the subscription on your own terms. On the app it clearly says cancel at anytime but that isn’t so. Do not fall for it I wish I had read the reviews before subscribing. It has been automatically deducting payments from my debit card for about a month now I’m furious! 😡😡😡

No way to cancel subscription.
No way to cancel subscription on the app, does not appear on the App Store. Keeps charging you. Wish I had read these reviews before signing up.

They list a bunch of different ways to cancel your subscription and none of them are available, now I’ve sent a request through to cancel but says will take 72 hours to respond which is a joke!

Refusing to stop billing my credit card
I signed up for their VIP program and cancelled my membership at the end of the period. Paid using my credit card - what a mistake!!! They keep billing my card. Despite me providing all the information- they are unable to stop the billing. This is ongoing for more than a week. Stay away.
No way to cancel subscription
The ways this app cancels the subscription is impossible. The method does not exist under their help and cancellation guidelines. Even contacting technical or support via email resulted in automatic answers which recommended the method that is totally not exist. I’ve been trying to cancel mine for the last 6 weeks but by now I’m still unable to do so after tried all method recommended and contacted the support. monthly payments just keeps been taken out. Very disappointed.

Be careful with yearly subscription charged
Be very careful, i downloaded this app i was subscribed to weekly subscription then on the next day i wanted to cancel my subscription. While going about it i got charged with another transaction. I got charged with a year subscription while still on weekly subscription.
I contacted them customer support that i dont wish to be subscribe to their services but they will not refund the additional yearly subscription.

Scam!
In terms of content, many of the stories (even the exact words) were the same.
They make it impossible to unsubscribe. Contrary to their instructions, their app does not appear under Apple subscriptions. You also do not have the option under settings as they noted. I had to request help and a new button magically appeared to unsubscribe. I also noticed multiple misspellings within the app itself. 100% do not use.
