Hard To Unsubscribe Do NOT Pay thru Apple Pay
I liked some of the stories in this apps so I purchased a one week Subscription for a trial run. I was aware of the continued payment if I do not unsubscribe one day before the due date. I have seen a couple of stories and not interested with the rests as it doesn’t suit me so I decided to cancel my weekly Subscription ahead of time. Because I paid through Apple Pay, my payment did not appear on Apple Store and neither through my Settings. I am having difficulty finding a way to Unsubscribe. The best solution I could think of is to delete the apps altogether and remove my card on Apple wallet.

I made what I thought was a one time purchase, nope. Look out for the tiny hidden writing as they automatically set reoccurring payments. You cannot cancel this through App Store or your settings as it doesn’t show up. I told them I wasn’t happy and I wanted to cancel… they still took another payment.. only once I called my bank to place a block did they agree it was cancelled. I have contacted their support team and they have given half arsed reply’s. So just be warned if you pay once you will be stuck paying again.

Difficult to Cancel
Even when you delete your account, it doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription. Navigating through this app is impossible to delete the account because there are no clear steps to cancel. I’ve sent an email to support in an attempt to cancel because they inconsistently have been charging me and per their user agreement. It says that they will charge weekly monthly or yearly. I’ve been charged twice a week which violates their user agreement for a weekly subscription.

I have cancelled subscription however they still continue to take money out my bank!!! Stop taking my money. Banks confirm scam business. I have cancelled subscription and deleted account however they continue to take my money!! SCAM AVOID
