I can not cancel my subscription I need help to cancel it please

I want to cancel this subscription but there’s no way to do it. I’m highly dissatisfied. It doesn’t show up as a subscription in the App Store. It doesn’t show up anywhere and there’s no way to do it through the app. The customer service email doesn’t get you anywhere.
Don’t get the subscription
There’s not an option to cancel the subscription in the app and it sends you to a link online making it impossible to cancel the subscription the way the help team tells you to.
Dramas going on
I really enjoy the app , but i think we shouldn’t wait for a while to have new episodes , since the IA drama are better by now, you want to continue and obviously you can’t, days pass , week pass and no updates yet , even tho it’s not cheap people like me paid for the membership , or another option coins , I think is fear enough to speed up for customer who pay weekly or annually for the VIP membership or upload everything complete , other than that the app is really easy to drive , cancel and renew , after all apps I have check this one is the one I like the most ,
