There are basically no problems with this app, you just need to get your card remembered.
Opakovane nacitany lístok
Mám kúpenú električenku na 365 dní. Niekedy s nejakoho dôvodu skener nemôže načítať lístok. Píše opakovane nacitany lístok. Už nie jeden krát som platila vodičovi kvôli tomu. Aky je tady zmysel v električenke? Opravte tie chyby prosím.

Issues with applepay
The payment system, especially Apple Pay, is unreliable. Occasionally, even after hearing the Apple Pay confirmation “beep,” the payment does not go through. This glitch cost me €81 today. Be cautious when making purchases, as transactions may fail without notice. Hope the developers fix this soon!

Missing support for login on multiple devices
I use the app regularly for one-time travels, and after implementation of ApplePay, it became very user friendly. However, since I got a separate company phone, the necessity to log out each time I need to use the app on the other device is very inconvenient. When I travel for business, I need to be logged in on company phone, to easily download/store tickets in pdf for reconciliation, while for private travels I prefer to use my personal phone and not to take 2 devices with me.

Unable to register
The app seems OK but I have tried registering which you need to do to purchase tickets,
After 2 days got a message in the app saying my application needs modifying but doesn’t tell me which part needs modifying,
I’ve done everything it asks me to so a bit baffled, will try once more & if it doesn’t work again then will buy a paper ticket when I get there,

Great app. Very convenient and user friendly!
Easy to use!
The app is really easy to use and it’s great you can buy multiple tickets if traveling with friends. Great option also that you can buy a pre paid card for 1 week, 30 days or a year.

Zdravim,
Na iphone 13 pro 256gb (iOS 17.1) nejde vyhľadávať trasu skrz obľúbené. Po zakliknuti trasy je vysledok vyhľadávania úplne iná trasa inak appka je super, user-friendly.

Freezing, not working
Not working, i cant buy tickets by card.
Acceptable but not good
App does not very often work properly in the morning. Cant buy Tickets if you are in a hurry because its loading non stop and thus makes you use other forms of payment for travel. So what is the purpose of having credit in the app if you have to Pay differently anyway?
I give 2 stars because app has a good design and simple use but otherwise it needs a lot of work
