Update Needs Fixing
The recent update kind of ruined the app. It doesn’t show any names for the folders or tracks. Also you can’t scroll slowly by pulling down the bar. Doesn’t work like it used to before. Please fix.

No landscape view, constantly crashes
I use my iPad in landscape 95% of the time. Why not have this feature?

Backup contacts says “Error”
Nothing more! No indication what the error is, no indication what is causing it, no indication how to fix it. Yet my iPhone handles my current in-phone contacts just fine — but not iduo. USELESS!!!
Update: deleted the app, re-installed, and was able to backup contacts again. That should not be necessary.

Does not work with iPhone X
I downloaded the app and went to my internal storage to begin transferring pictures and files. Once you click on the pictures the app crashes. I looked to see if there was an update but there has not been one since November. Note that there has been SEVERAL iOS updates since November. I’m returning the product to Micro center

Frequent Crashes
This is a great concept however the app crashes every time I go into internal storage to look at photos and videos on my iPhone.
Needs lots of work
If you copy files, say folders of music or photo albums from your computer, it shows on the iPhone simply as long lists of files and completely losing the folder structure. Good luck finding anything. It may work for back up, but hopeless for expanding iPhone storage by keeping files on the USB drive.

Crashes within 5 seconds!!!!
Timing out issue
Everytime I attempt to open my videos to transfer over to flash drive, app times out and logs off. Im using iDUO Drive. This does not happen with iDUO GALAX, however it doesn’t recognize the usb stick..

Every time the app pulls up my pictures it crashes! You sending out a fix soon I hope? Awesome idea, poor performance!
