Wrong credentials error in iOS app
VPN stopped working and could not use internet on my phone. Signed out of the app, deleted, changed password and reinstalled. Now, even through I type in correct password on website, when Safari tries to put me back into the app, I get a “Wrong Credentials” error. No longer can use VPN feature!

I can sign in fine online but if i have it take me to the app— its broken. Tells me wrong credentials. Makes you feel like you are being scammed when thats the reason you are seeking their assistance. Poor job!!
BLOCKS ONLINE LOG-IN
Must turn off VPN in order to log in to site; useless
Scam or doesn’t work.
This app just doesn’t work with the online login or it’s a scam.
