Useless for me as a prepaid customer
I can’t view my prepaid information and I can’t track my arrears payment on this app so it’s useless to me. Improve please. Thanks
Disappearing App
Well it would have been great for all the hypes, but guess what I used it for less than an hour
I made payment, account linkages and while I was browsing the app just went blank surprisingly up till when am writing this feedback the app as now reappear
My payment went through from my account Ikeja electric generate blank receipt sent to my email

Useless
The reason why I downloaded the app was because I thought I can monitor my account balance with it..if I have to chat with a customer care agent to get my account balance then the app is useless to me..
