The app is not working

I really want to use this app but unfortunately it doesn’t work in my iphone 15 pro. When I try to log in it says “something went wrong, please try again”.
Please fix it so I can use it then I will update my review. Alternatively, I can access my account in the web version but it is also better if the app is working.

Practice for Listening no. 1
As I was doing the first listening practice I noticed that the recording skipped part 2 and the instruction for part 3 started immediately after I heard “part 2”
It was my first time doing actual practice test and I freaked out and then I thought maybe it’s going to be the last part and I continued the exam but nothing happened

Missing parts and the answer model is lacking
The listening section on one of the practice tests just skipped 10 questions. Then I also got docked points on answers such as ‘the nineteenth century’ where the accepted answer is ‘nineteenth century’ and I’m allowed to use three words.
It was decent practice but the app could be vastly improved by fixing the lacking maintenance/answer key in the practice test.
