Repeated Review Attempts Fail
I have tried to post my review with a complete list of all of the many bugs in this program and every time I do, the review never shows up. I am a software engineer and I would think the people who write this program would be interested in seeing the list of bugs and how to reproduce them. There are so many as to make the program essentially useless. But my reviews never post. And there is no way to contact them directly because if you click the "app support" button it takes you to their website… Which doesn't exist. There is literally no way to contact these people.

Data Problem
I am using the UT363-BT product. After the measurement without any problems, the application encounters a problem when I want to see the data.
Essentially it works
It works as remote display while crashes when I press record trying to gather continuous graph. And there’s no Windows app.

Not working with IOS device
When you want to measure speed of motor, application is closing immediately. It is connecting to device without any problem but when data transfer starts, application closing.
Can’t export my recorded data file
The app often crashes when I’m trying to export my recorded data .. unreal.. not to mention sometimes it will stop measuring second by second and start measuring every 2 seconds 3 seconds etc which means I miss important data.. I like that it mirrors the device on my phone but the app has some serious bugs.. record your data but can even export it ..

O aplicativo está dando crash ao tentar exportar os dados. Ele simplesmente fecha
I can not export my data
I measured the wind a few minutes ago without a problem. I saved to a file. I used a different file name. Later when I wanted to export the file the application stops without notice and the device disconnects. I use an iphone device with ios 15. I will try one more time but this time with macbook. Can you please check what may be the cause of this problem.

In chinese only
On my IP 14 pro, the app is default in chinese and can’t switch to english, it turns back to chinese. Useless.
UT353BT Aufzeichnung Failure
Datenaufzeichnung mit dem Sound Meter funktioniert nicht. Sobald erster Meßwert übertragen wird, stürzt APP ab. Mit dem UT333BT (Wind Meter) funktioniert es einwandfrei. Möchte mir noch mehr Geräte kaufen, aber nun bin ich skeptisch und warte auf das nächste Release.
Working good before my new Db meter
App is nice visualy and working good with my anemometer + recording stats but…
Now i have Db meter and when i start recoding app crash everytime after 2-3 sec.
And in this 2-3 seconds reading numbers from device , but graph are clean

Schlechte Bedienbarkeit
Leider ist es sehr schwierig, die Sprache der App umzustellen. Wenigstens auf Englisch auszuliefern, wäre doch schon hilfreich.
Der Hinweis auf den „dritten Eintrag von unten“ war letztendlich zielführend, wenngleich die Anzahl der Menüeinträge bei verbundenen Geräten sich ändert. Arg hinderlich ist jedoch die absolut mangelhafte Reaktion des Menüs auf Fingerbedienung. Mit viel Glück wird tatsächlich eine Funktion ausgelöst, die nicht einfach nur das Menü wieder schließt. Und so ist es dann mit viel Geduld und unzähligen Anläufen gelungen, mit dem dritten Eintrag von unten einen Dialog aufzurufen und darin Englisch als Sprache einzustellen. Hosianna!
Das Einstellen der Meta-Informationen für die PDF-Dokumente ist noch immer nicht abgeschlossen. Irgendwann gelang einmal der Aufruf der entsprechenden Felder. Seitdem jedoch nicht mehr. :(
