App no longer works
When I first got my Feitian iOS Key a few years ago (about 2021) it worked great with the app using the lightning side. I was able to set my PIN and had no problem with the app or key.
Now (2025) the app does not work at all. I have tried on both my iPhone and iPad (both usb c) and neither of them will detect the key using the USB C side of the key. I know the key’s USB C port works because I can still use it to log into my sites. Just the app won’t read the key.

Pretty basic
However, it does what it needs to do. I set a pin and set it up via Apple iCloud (along with a Yubico USB-C NFC backup FIDO key). Center button is capacitive touch for user initiation. Touch it when asked. Make sure you have a compatible device as well.
Reset function has a security feature where key card can only be reset within 8s of plugging in. Seems obvious, but remove key from accounts before doing that.
