Well, I can’t say I wasn’t warned. Tons of one star reviews aren’t lying to you. This app is worthless. Apparently from 2016, will not allow you to to anything claimed. Waste of time, I am throwing mine in the trash now.

It worked well for one month and then I found out that I can’t save pics or videos to the external hard drive and can’t move any files from hard drive as well so basically everything that on a hard drive still there but I can’t use it

I just purchased this iexpand thing and tried to put photos on it. Would not allow me to put anything on it. What a puece of garbage and waste of money.

Today is February 2023. I have had this for my iPhone for many years. I can take my large music collection with me. It is about to go onto my new iPad Pro 12.9 inch. I have never had any problems with this device, it plays my music on demand. Just a pity I can’t get a new one for more devices.

首先在iExpand上用U盘连接苹果手机后，把苹果手机的相片和视频复制到U盘上，有时候会出现错误，我持有一款Patianco牌的256G的苹果U盘，在使用过程中，我手机为苹果8plus 256G, 13.3系统，
当插入U盘后，把手机上的9000张相片和300个视频复制到U盘，但在复制到4000张相片时，软件弹出错误，然后终止复制的行为，其后试着改为1000张每次，共9次，暂时没弹出错误提示
第二个问题，是当我想在手机微信上把某个文件保存到U盘时，却没有相关的 发送到....的选项，具体行为是：打开手机微信，在聊天窗口里找到一个文件，打开该文件在页面的右上角点击，选”用其它应用打开“时
却没有iExpand的相关选项，令除（相片和视频）文件外，其它文件不能从手机上保存到U盘，这功能上相对于其它品牌的苹果U盘应用程序落后，而且是使用着最新的应用版本（2.8版于2023年1月份才更新的）
希望日后，软件工程部门能就，文件的发送到iExpand上打开，或者说 拷贝到”iExpand“ 这个功能能添加，谢谢你们

Extremely slow
Recent update has left it so slow on my iPad it is unusable
