Advertised as an external storage for the iPhone. Requires removal of case to attach to phone, external storage not found. Donât waste your money, returning the ones I bought.

Idk what everyone elseâs problems are but mine works perfectly fine. Anyways itâs pretty decent and easy to use in my opinion, though I just got mine recently so Iâll be waiting on issues
Stopped working
Was fine, until suddenly it wasnât. Files appear to be copying, but then donât show up in the app as copied. No support or troubleshooting to be found, so not sure what to do.

Update: just to add insult to injury, the trashy app also corrupted all my files. Lovely. Thank god I had everything backed up elsewhere!
The drive plugged in and operated normally with the iOS Files app as it should, but then suddenly one day, I plugged it in and I got this disgusting App Store pop up directing me to download this trash app. Obviously I dismissed it, but I found that my iPad was no longer recognizing the USB storage device in Files anymore. Restarting Failed failed to fix the issue. Restarting my iPad failed to fix the issue. This scammy company has to have some BS script in there somewhere messing up the drive and forcing us to download their gross app. This stinks of spyware and worse, and I'll be fighting with the drive on my PC later to see if I can unbug it.

It is not working anymore!
After last update it does not work. It goes through process of copying but when you check the folder where it was to copy files - the folder is empty! Please help!!
Stopped working
Managed to transfer 12 folders out of 27 before the app and or/drive stopped working. The app will go through the motions of transferring the files but once it finishes there arenât any files transferred to the drive. Considering it takes about 40 minutes to download and copy 1000 photos/videos at a time only to find out the files havenât transferred at all, itâs completely aggravating and bizarre. Whatâs especially puzzling is that the app will show the photos in your phone storage as thumbnails but when you click on them to enlarge view, the image is blank. Itâs frustrating because the app/drive was working great till it stopped altogether.

I paid 50 dollars to transfer photos externally using this app. All this app does is constantly crash. Even trying to export ONE photo at a time. Worst app. Doesnât work at all for me.
Unable to load pictures
The app was working perfectly for the past 3 months. I have more than half the storage still available however itâs nt allowing me to save anything else to the drive

Seems to only save to drive to be seen in app, but not transferable to a computer

Says photos are uploading and then once finished they donât show up at all now (last time it shows them uploaded but the files are blank). Donât waste your money on this scam.

My iPhone canât âseeâ the drive when itâs plugged in so whatâs the point? Plus the print on the paper manual/ booklet is too small to read

Doesnât recognize the external flash drive
It simply doesnât recognize the flash drive. Keeps telling me, external storage not find (thatâs how itâs spelled). I bought other plugs just to make sure that their plug is not just set up for iPhone 16 or greater and still doesnât work

Shouldnât be this hard, but maybe itâs just me.
I have the app, and Iâm trying to transfer my videos and photos, but none of it is working. Itâs telling me that most of my content is on iCloud, and maybe that is the issue, but it gives me the option to download it and plant it into the flash drive, but it wonât show. Itâs been a long day, maybe itâs a me problem, but it shouldnât be this hard to transfer photos and videos.

Garbage!
I was able to transfer several files, including photos, documents, videos. Since then, I have not been able to access any of those items that I transferred to the hard drive. In fact, the application does not even recognize the hard drive whatsoever.. Now I have zero access to any of my items that I transferred. The only way for me to get my computer or my phone to recognize the hard drive is to reformat the hard drive. And that will erase everything. Iâm at a complete loss because this company does not have a contact or a Tech phone number to contact for help.
