Clean up your app
I like the concept and can accept the UI being clunky until the app is more mature. However, the general feed is awful. Is this supposed to be an exclusively adult content app? If not, then please do more content moderation.

The invalid voucher code I received on Sep 18 is still invalid. I purchased again on Sep 20th, received the confirmation email, but no voucher. I emailed customer service three times and received zero response. Is this a scam???
You have to purchase vouchers from a 3rd-party website to unlock the Pay-to-Watch content. I received the voucher code via email after 2 days but the app won’t redeem it (invalid code error message). I emailed their customer service a few times but got no response. Apparently I am not the only one having this issue.
The app is broken and there is absolutely no customer service.
