DO NOT USE !!! They say you can have a free fax for 72hrs and it was still charge when I canceled on 1st day I did not wait for the 72hrs to cancel they will still charge you after and refuse to issue a refund DO NOT USE !!!
Two subscriptions in one app
I got this searching for a simple way to fax one small document for medical purposes (healthcare acting like it’s 1993 and everyone has a fax machine) and got my document ready. Okay I’ll do a subscription then cancel in order to send the fax, as it is a medical need. Oh wait, I need ANOTHER subscription on top of the first in order to activate the number? For something I only need once every couple of years?

Can’t receive faxes
Bought, opened an account, tried to receive a fax to no avail. Can not get a timely response from customer support and there is no phone number to call.

Starting was smooth. I need to get more familiar with the privacy settings and private protection settings. Cropping is not that hard. It will take some practice. So far it was smooth today.
Be careful of this one
I downloaded this to fax it works great but when you wanna stop and cancel the app, cancel the subscription. You can cancel it, but it’ll still try to charge you monthly
File size pathetically small
Only lets you send files up to 10MB on the free version, seriously you’d be better off using carrier pigeon
Sends Blank Forms
I have been using this app for several months. When I send completed forms, the recipient receives blank forms. I then have to screen shot the completed form and resend.

Charged me for a subscription I never bought
They literally charged me their weekly subscription cost, which I DID NOT BUY. It shows in the App Store that I don’t have an active subscription too, so I can’t even go through Apple to cancel it. On top of that, the cost to their subscription is ridiculous AND the service didn’t work when I used it. Waste of time and money that I didn’t choose to spend.

Not worth the download
Not only did they charge me for 2 separate weekly subscriptions before I could attempt to send a fax - which i would’ve been glad to pay once- but the app only sent the first two pages of my fax. Not worth the effort to even download. I will be pursuing a *second* refund.

Huge document fax
Had a very important set of doc that needed to be faxed in asap. 40 pages in pdf all told. Gladly paid the 9.99 to get this done. Fax worked

Fail
You get only a few free fax and then it sends the wrong one. Took three attempts before I finally got my fax sent and it sends the one that wasn’t straight. 😟
