I downloaded this to fax it works great but when you wanna stop and cancel the app, cancel the subscription. You can cancel it, but it’ll still try to charge you monthly
File size pathetically small
Only lets you send files up to 10MB on the free version, seriously you’d be better off using carrier pigeon
Sends Blank Forms
I have been using this app for several months. When I send completed forms, the recipient receives blank forms. I then have to screen shot the completed form and resend.

Charged me for a subscription I never bought
They literally charged me their weekly subscription cost, which I DID NOT BUY. It shows in the App Store that I don’t have an active subscription too, so I can’t even go through Apple to cancel it. On top of that, the cost to their subscription is ridiculous AND the service didn’t work when I used it. Waste of time and money that I didn’t choose to spend.

Not worth the download
Not only did they charge me for 2 separate weekly subscriptions before I could attempt to send a fax - which i would’ve been glad to pay once- but the app only sent the first two pages of my fax. Not worth the effort to even download. I will be pursuing a *second* refund.

Huge document fax
Had a very important set of doc that needed to be faxed in asap. 40 pages in pdf all told. Gladly paid the 9.99 to get this done. Fax worked

You get only a few free fax and then it sends the wrong one. Took three attempts before I finally got my fax sent and it sends the one that wasn’t straight. 😟

I downloaded this app because it said it was free and that if you wanted a subscription you can get one. I have to send one little paper to fax , but i can’t send it without PAYING FOR A SUBSCRIPTION? why advertise that it’s free and then not let me send it for free. That’s completely false advertisement.

Great App
Faxes are sent really quickly. You will have to adjust the bright and dark on the app sometimes for faxes to be legible on the receiving end. It’s simple to use and faxes go through within a couple of minutes.
Scam
This app is a scam i paid to send a fax 1 time and they still charged me for subscription a day later and when i contact them they immediately says they wont charge again but wont give me a refund for what they took.

Did not buy. I deleted it immediately. Not sure why it’s still going to charge me $34.99.. requesting a refund!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star ..
