Perfect for on-call crews
This app makes managing our station so much easier than relying on a chat group to organise everything. Loving the new responding feature! If you’re on-call then I can’t recommend this app enough 👍

Decent enough app now -
It does freeze regularly but it’s easy enough to reset. Tech support was non existent when I was having difficulties with app - literally no response to queries…But since the last update it has been much improved -
The auto book on / off function is a bit erratic but overall it is now a really useful tool.

Great app! Only bad thing is that for the most important part of the app ( sending fire calls) cost money. Should def make free. But other that that great app👍👍
App not working
App freezes when you go to register. Absolute joke

One of the main reasons we used this app was for the event planning section.
Since an update this has been removed and after several emails and being told it would be back soon, it’s still not there. Sadly this is the key feature for us and the app is no good to us without it.

Cant even get registered
Not sure if this app was abandoned or not but I cant even register. Entered my country and mobile number and it says code has been sent but not receiving any codes.
Geofencing doesn’t work
The geofencing feature was one of the main reasons our station decided to use this app and pay the premium subscription fee. Most of us have jobs that are several miles away from the station so our availability changes frequently, often several times a day.
As such, we have to manually reset our availability status several times a day and sometimes we forget, which makes the info on the app hard to rely on when a call comes in. Can you fix this please?

Unreliable
Every time you update it, you lose loads of your hours
Not everything works still
Even with the subscription the added features don’t work. Buggy. Works a little bit better than nothing. Was hopeful that the new update would fix the geofencing and scheduled office hours. Nothing has improved functionality. Looks a bit different but still doesn’t do what it say it does.
Great app
Really good app with lots of great perks that our current system doesn’t have and lacks. What it needs really is while your phone is in silent mode to be able to override that to make the full sounds like your normal morning alarms.

On call firefighters
Excellent app fully recommend this if your an on-call firefighter. Keeps a tally of your hours, which is spot on!!
Needs work for Australia
Lacks ability to set Australian Time zone.
Lacks ability to geo fence specific areas (state border) only works on a radius. Lower Sth NSW so need to disregard Victoria and other Fire area west that is covered, perhaps a Geofence working on 4 points of reference. (Polygon instead of a Radius)
No maps offline of line for the area
Crashes when offline and moving between Apps while referring to maps.
Add ons unknown but wouldn’t be paying for this or the monthly subscription
