Great new interface
This app has come a long way and the investment products are massively improved in the last year. One of their additive funds is doing 33% right now. I’m tired of AI strategies they tie into my brokerage account, this is all in one place automated. Love it.
Non-Functional
I had high hopes for the app, as I truly believe that AI is created for making investments smarter and more profitable over time. I invested the $500 minimum as a test. Linking my bank account took over a week. The app works sometimes and gives inaccurate information other times. The customer support email replies in nonsensical ways. A few months in and the “aggressive” AI portfolio has done little growth in a volatile, but predictable market. AVOID!

Nonfunctional
The app is slow to respond. And confusing try to deposit $500 into an aggressive fund and it immediately shows that I’m depositing $1000. It Makes no sense.
Poor login procedures
Takes 30-4 min to login . I d never been able to login from 17 pro without having to reset per meanwhile you are missing the trade

Scam to avoid
It’s just a smart scam. I invested $150 to test and they just stole my money with Velox in a smart way, over time. Avoid at all cost, plus it’s dated design, you cannot even close an account from the app.
Low quality app, low quality company
This company is quite a terrible example of AI or a brokerage app. They consistently make excuses as to why they ‘aren’t Robinhood’. To start, in 2022, I tried to log into my account and somehow I was logged into the CEO’s trading account. It took weeks to get anyone to realize that I was inadvertently logged into the wrong account. Each time I started a ticket explaining that I was logged into the wrong account, they told me they disregarded my messages because they assumed it was spam. Using the AI Smartfolio, to begin was free. Then as of July 2024, they began charging $7/month to use it. If you make a trade inadvertently, you won’t be able to cancel the transaction within the app. You’ll have to put in a support ticket for that. I outperformed their AI with my manual trades. That being said, I just liquidated all of my positions in iFlip and will not be returning. Their app is terrible, their customer service is so slow and their AI underperformed, compared to the stocks I chose manually. No thanks!

Useless help center
This is the 2nd time in less than a year that I’ve been unable to login to my account. Remote bot email help center takes days to get anywhere. It has been over a week and still no resolution. I would not recommend iFlip
Unable to Deposit Funds
When I try to make an ACH transfer I just get an infinite spinning wheel.
Bugs and need more explication
Linking this app so far but need some more explanation where it has different titles - even where it says explanation it’s not very clear. Also been trying to open my app for a bit now and it’s not loading properly even after updating to the newest version. Lastly, I tried to add money to the account and it went directly into the one portfolio I’m assuming - but I wanted to put it into another AI portfolio for another one of those add ons. Can you help me?

I guess I expected more based on all the hype about AI. The app works well though the information/feedback on performance is weak (IMO). While I haven’t lost money. In deference to the company my investment is minimal on purpose because I want to level set my expectations with reality.

What I love about this app
It’s great to see what the AI engine is doing with my own Smartfolio, but it’s also informative to go look at what the AI signals are for stocks I’m not invested in. Makes me an “expert” at discussing things like the direction of Amazon or Apple. At least as much of an expert as any talking head on TV, as I have all this AI empowerment behind what I have to say.

App continues to crash
Downloaded this app and began the account setup. The moment i go to take a picture of my DL this app crashes. Constantly. App support has no direct link for communication with the app developers. Oh well, NEXT!
Garbage
This app and platform is complete garbage. The reports are so confusing, even their support can’t figure out where a portion of my funds are allocated and why I can’t cash it out. Stick with proven companies like vanguard or fidelity.
