Won’t advance to next chapter

Worst app ever. Keeps failing to retrieve data so can’t advance to next chapter. I just spent $50 and can’t read anything! I want my money back.

Not sure why it glitches my whole phone

I’ve downloaded this app twice and I’ve deleted it twice. It a good app don’t get my wrong but for some unknown reason my entire phone glitches with this app. My phone will freeze and stop operating entirely. Once I delete the app my phone is okay. I enjoy the stories that I’ve found in here which is why I wanted to give it another try but it is really messing up my phone. I listen to music while reading and it even messes up with the music app forcefully closing it and restarting it. I enjoy the app because of the books but not the way it’s messing with my phone. Hopefully they can fix it and I can download it again.
