Excellent bank
When we first moved to Newburyport in 1976 it was the first bank we saw discovering State Street. They were so welcoming and helpful that we continue to use them after moving to New Jersey a few years ago. A full service bank that offers excellent support with experienced and knowledgeable staff. Your need for a for mobile deposit only written on a check
Your system sent me an email after I deposited the check saying it was approved. Then two days later I got a notice on the app saying it was not approved. No email just a notice on the app. At a minimum the email saying it was approved should not go out and when it was un approved two days later an email or phone call should have been made. Not a notice thru the app. I also just noticed my nick name is Mr peedidy. Not sure where that came from but I’m pretty sure I did not set that up.

Duplicated trx
Works great. The only thing that is a little confusing as that deposits and transactions are repeated duplicated. In other words the amount amounts are correct. But they continue to show up as new transactions when they have already occurred two or three times before. I’m used to it so it’s not a problem.

IFS WORST SOFTWARE
Your system consistently UNDERPERFORMS and steals my valuable time! Now the app will NOT work on my iPad. Ugh!!!

I’ve been with this bank for about 15 years and have always had top notch service! When I call them, I always get an actual friendly person to help me right off. And whether it’s a request for new checks or questions about an item I purchased and forgot what it was, they are patient and helpful. And I love supporting hometown businesses, so will never leave for a big conglomerate bank. Thanks for all you do for us!!

I can not find how to put a company name down to use as a payee so I can pay from my checking account .
