Issue with video autoplay
This is a good app but many sections are difficult to navigate because of video auto play. Videos automatically begin to play when you reach a slide and replay one video is completed. This prevents the user from being able to navigate to the subsequent slide before the video auto replays in full screen.

Practice exams
This app would be so much better if the exams would save your progress if you exit it for any amount of time. Very frustrating that it does not.

Course section is clumsy
A lot of this app is really good, but I would skip buying the courses. You can’t download for offline use and navigation inside the chapter course is not allowed. The flashcards are great but too slow, why does it take so long to clear the screen to the next flash card?
Reset purchases, cannot restore.
I bought all the chapters and audiobooks, and after closing and reopening the app all the content I bought is missing, I tried the restore purchases button button, it did nothing, and unfortunately I do test today for firefighter 2, yet can’t go through the content due to the glitch.
Please don’t buy the bundle until they have fixed this, I have been charged, yet I don’t have any additional content.

Great Resource
Had some glitches here and there at the start, but the customer service team was responsive and helpful to getting me logged back into my purchases. It works well again, and my hope is that it gets me a bit more knowledgeable before I enter this new career field.

Stole my Money
The content used to work.. however, halfway through it stopped working and I really wanted to study for Fire and EMS. It seemed too good to be true, so it t very much was. Paid about 60 dollars or more for the material.. just for it not to work and for the no support with the app…I strongly recommend to just save your money.. look elsewhere.. it’s just a scam. I can’t get support, their settings don’t even have a sign in option. I bought the material, and then I deleted the app and redownloaded to see if it would work.. but it is now blocked any knowledge of a previous purchase.. I would just want my money back at this point.

Paid for audiobook. Stopped working. Can no longer listen to it.

Paid 34.99 for the full course, money left from my bank account but I did not receive the course, other then that the app is great I’m just hoping someone can help me out with this and I will change my review. Thank you!
Lazy developers
Should be able to sync exam progress and study decks across devices. We need to put an end to these monopolies controlling standards required by government agencies and have competing apps that have the same questions.
Don’t waste money on courses
The courses freeze up at end of chapter review questions. I had to go through forceable entry part 2 three times and I still could not get through the 1st end of chapter question. So far the Exam portion has been ok.
Update
At first, I bought this app and love it, but I don’t love how you can’t update to the newer version without paying again. If someone can let me know if there is a cheaper way to get the new essentials eight I would appreciate it moving forward.
Fix?
First off course are extremely expensive, but I’m not even able to say purchase them. It seems it’s a glitch on my end idk.
Unable to use a section, and can’t use on iPad
I bought the reading and audio portions separately. Audio works good, but the interactive course doesn’t work on my iPhone. I would like a refund of the reading course portion (24.95). I tried to use with iPad, but it wants to charge me again. I would like to use with my iPad, but don’t want to pay twice. How do I do that?

Absolute Rip Off
$25 just to unlock 27 courses that you can’t use because the app glitches. Save your money and study quizlet and other online methods
Firefighter One Exam Prep
Helpful Skills Videos but I would highly not recommend using this app for the Firefighter One Final, I failed my Fire One Written Final twice because of this app, I asked around and reached out to any contact I can think of in my local PA area about what I can use to study and they recommend IAFC, the IFSTA App is just subject based questions, not exactly exam based, I don’t know what the Fire One Test Banks are for other areas but for Bucks County, PA, I would recommend using your IFSTA Textbook to study, or I would recommend using the yellow exam prep book which the fire school provides, you can also get an IAFC Prepbook off of Amazon or EBay but just know it is very costly!

Purchased the chapter but still says I have to pay
YES, yes, yes!!! Best TEST PREP app ever!
Only complaint is I switched from android to IPhone and it’s making me rebuy it! I can’t afford to rebuy the app right now but you can’t beat the test prep section.
