Started a trip then subscribed later then lost the first day of this trip. Hell of a way to start.

If I could give this app 100 stars I would. I just became an owner operator last year and was super worried about IFTA recording. This app is idiot proof! It took me three times longer to remember my login info on the ncdor website than it did to file!

Freeze

Lately app starts freezing in only shows white screen. You can’t access nothing something times you wonder it’s a reliable enough to keep doing or not.

Awesome product

I have been using IFTA Track for IOS and Android for a few months now. I contacted the developer with issues I had with the app. I sent him some ideas and he told me what he had planned in the upcoming update. Developer has always been prompt getting back to me and fixing issues. Having issues, contact developer, give him/her a chance to respond. I also recommend using a older device with Mint Mobile or other prepaid. I don’t have to remember to turn off tracking when out of the truck. I just leave the device in the truck.

I now can use my iPad for reports due to premium subscription. Again, worth it for independent s or lease owners to check eld or primary mileage, stateline tracking for IFTA and IRP.

Fuel is not automated. Not a deal breaker since I have fuel card.

Review

I’m new to being an owner operator after driving for years for companies so I needed a way to keep track of my mileage for my new regional gig. After searching all around to find an app that would keep track of my mileage for Ifta I found this. It keeps track of the highways and miles driven in each state and overall works great.

Pros. It allows you to edit any typos you may have made, has a nice fuel log feature to keep track of gallons and cost in the state you purchase fuel. And the ability to select and export your reports or print for your records. The summary report makes it easy for filing your quarterly Ifta report.

Cons. Sometimes it adds miles to your overall trip for some reason. You’ll know when this happens because at the end of the trip when you enter in the odometer reading it will say “adjust your state miles to match the odometer” it gives a separate tab of each state and the highway’s driven with a total of miles in each. So if the total miles driven on the app is 50 or 100 miles more than your odometer reading for example you’ll know it glitched. In that case look at each tab because any state you drove in will show the highways traveled and any state mileage tab that just give’s random miles and no highways traveled listed is always the glitch, you can simply swipe and delete that tab or tabs to bring the apps mileage to match the odometer reading using the auto adjust feature.

Overall I like the app and it made my life a lot easier. So if you’re looking for an easy to use app I recommend this!

I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because of the glitches but I also drive where cell service is pretty poor in places and maybe this is the problem not the app?? Either way I recommend this app!

Hi, thank you for leaving a thorough review! We’ve added the ability to adjust mileage at the end of a trip in order to match up with the actual odometer. With differences in tire tread wear (either new or really used) there will be some variations in how the odometer adds miles over long distances. This can add up to 2-5% to the odometer depending on the tread wear, which will not always match up to GPS miles. In this case, we allow for adjustments at the end of a trip, with the “auto adjust” feature will weight the adjustments per state based on this variation. It works great as long you have an internet connection.

How to contact with developers

already twice in the program there was a serious bug in operation, the program duplicated the previous state and the next one at the crossing of the state border with an error of plus 0.1 miles to the next record. It happened right in my presence, I saw it with my own eyes. Since the first time I did not understand why there was such an error in the record.
And also different data on iPhone and iPads same trip
