Poor application
I have team members that waste valuable tax payer time trying to use an app that came with a million dollar software. Deliver the product your salesman sold us.
Poorly Supported
This App offers everything but sadly falls tremendously short. Mapping Function while working in the field doesn’t operate or even load. Attempting to create Cases or Requests from the field is an exercise in wasting time and patience. Upgrades to fix problems are successful in creating only more problems...

I would not recommend this app, EnerGov or Tyler Technologies to anyone. The app works poorly. The Tyler team in charge of it has stopped working on improving it. I attempt to use it every day. And every day I am disappointed by its poor functionality.
