Field inspections
This app is unbelievable in how bad it works or doesn’t work. I lost all my pins over a month ago. I e occasionally had an error when the app crashes showing network error. I then have to call our local computer guys to delete and reinstall the app so it’s useable. Tyler still hasn’t responded to the pins disappearing. These programs only make things more efficient if they work and work regularly. At least 2 days a week I am on the phone for a hour or two getting things working again. Whatever update happened a month or so back ruined the part that did work. Please fix your software. I see other inspectors from other jurisdictions regularly and energov apps are always a big problem anybody that uses it complains about. Do better.

Never works properly
Always gives “Network Error” on inspection interface in the app. Only way to possibly get it to work is to delete cache and sign back in. Sometimes it takes one try other times up to 10.

Could the box stop unchecking while working in the login fields? And small peeve. Could the addresses group together by default without having to do the address filter.

Seriously this is ridiculous I can't believe this appwill no longer work on MAc and with the new software update from apple will also no longer work iPad developeers really need to get to this together since this is our departments main app for all inspections. I do not currently recommend this app for any department.

Update has killed it.
The new update put out yesterday has made it so I cannot even access my app, it is 404 erroring on the home page. Please fix as quickly as possible.
The Worst
Worst investment by the City of Henderson, Nv. People paying for it don’t use it. So go figure
Worst system ever
This system is trash. They charged the city a bunch of money for a system that barley works, good luck getting any help without paying. Whoever created this system most likely never worked in the field.
Still broken
Can we please for the love of god fix the syncing issues. Now the only way to work around it is to restart the iPad or clear the cache, both of which end up loosing all of the notes and attachments that were added at the time of inspection.
Frustration abounds
Our municipality has been using the iG apps for just over 4 years now and it seems the apps are getting more cumbersome. We’ve had to delete the cache or delete the app almost daily. Inspections won’t synch, photos have never attached through the app, the building inspectors or fire marshals finish their inspections and email a copy to the client but when they get back to the office the inspection in the app has deleted their notes and won’t synch so they have to re-enter everything again, typically on the desktop which defeats the purpose of the app. The map will randomly disappear as do inspections, on occasion. We have created our own workarounds because it seems to be the only way to get through the day with the iG apps.

2019 Update Disaster
Can’t see anything positive with this Update. However, the negatives include; Continuous shutdowns, Failure to Load, Network Errors, Picture Loading Errors, Failure to Commit, Failure to Sync, Parcel History Unavailable just to mention a few. The previous Version at least worked, this Version is successful in frustrating the User and making work at least twice as difficult.

Still not working properly
Had a good working app at one time. Just needed a few tweaks to make it better. But after a update several months ago a good working program has turned into a very poor app. Routing and parcel buttons does not work. System crashes all the time. Doesn’t upload properly at times. Inspections lag between main system and app( meaning a Inspection is added to a inspector but it takes several hrs to show up on app... not good). Just want a working app, that does what it is suppose to do.

Was told the new update as of Friday 12 of July 2019 repaired the mapping issues. IT HAS NOT! Please help us out. This is killing field time to get needed work completed. Bag glitching on map page, no map pins, no configured map route. Getting error message.

This version has been causing multiple issues with routing, attachments and many others. When it the update coming to fix theses that other people are reporting???

After the last update the address, parcels and river corridor do not show. Also the app has become noticeably slower with more timeouts and server errors.
Innovative and efficient!!
We are Into our second week of field trial with iG and the app is very intuitive and holds promise of reducing inspectors need for accessing the full enterprise application from the field and possibly eliminating the need for so much paper in the field! IG provides routing, ability to add inspections in the field, viewing of inspection history and permit attachments (documents)! The EnerGov team's support is awesome (as usual) and what great innovation on this app!!!!!
