Does not load on my iPad Air

Would not load and could not play.

I was very disappointed in the game. It would not load after I purchased it. I see in the reviews that this has been a problem next time I'll look at the reviews. I want my money back. I purchased it for my class for cultural diversity. If it works at another point I will rate it again.
