It’s a very detailed app and explains a LOT of information both new and veteran players might need. You could spend a lot of time just looking through everything, with that being said I do have a couple major suggestions.
The pages explaining everything could use a lot of work, some of the pages just look heavily like a paragraph dump. Again great for people wanting to learn depth but there’s just so much information crammed into paragraphs on paragraphs it can be a bit daunting and stressful when just trying to quickly find a unique attribute for ghosts. Not sure what’s the best implementation for this, maybe a quick search system for unique attributes ghosts can and can’t perform but the large paragraphs of text can be a little too much for most people to handle especially new players.
Another suggestion is a page dedicated to only ghost hunt sanity percentages. Some ghosts hunt at lower and higher sanity, you do include in the app when they hunt higher or lower than 50% but you don’t really include what ghosts do hunt at 50%. I know this seems like a stupid request but when newer players are learning the game it’s probably best to make it easy for them to immediately open a page and see what percentage all ghosts hunt.
