Problem mabye update the app

I keep have issues with one of my bubble poi it won’t sync to my app but only one of them does is it broken?

Ignis Pixel Clubs

The colors are amazing and super bright for a stage show or outside street busking. My only problem is when I’m using the app for training the clubs auto turn off at the 10min mark. I can’t figure out how to stop that from happening when I have long practice sessions. Other than that these led clubs are the best I have ever juggled.
