Peggior app di monopattini mai provata
La mappa dei monopattini funziona male
Alcuni monopattini provi a farli partire e non ti lascia perché dice che sono bloccati (praticamente tutti)
I monopattini in se non sono male
Ma la cosa peggiore é che sono dei ladri già il monopattino costa parecchio a minuto in più ti fanno pagare tasse altissime e in più una tassa sui turisti
Per non parlare che ti fanno caricare minimo 10 euro e se te ne rimangono 2/3 te ne fa caricare minimo altri 10 per forza

App is full of bugs and scammy features
We first tried your app yesterday, and it prompted us to top-up for 10 euros without clear notification. Now, just one day after, it has unexpectedly charged us a considerable amount. The app's user experience is far from intuitive, with hidden features and bugs.
- We attempted to end our ride, but nothing happened.
- We tried to reach out to customer care, but it only resulted in a messaging box.
- Worst of all, there's no option to remove a credit card.

Don’t use their services they’re terrible.
You have to top up a wallet to use the app which I did. I tried to take at least 15 different scooters over the course of several days. They were all out of battery except one that was simply out of order. So in the end I couldn’t use the service.
Si on m’y way out of town I asked for a refund of my top-up explaining why I couldn’t use it. I was denied that as is not part of the policy. Lost equivalent of 8€ for nothing.
