Total garbage
Bought to Uniden dash cam. Worst mistake ever. And this app does not connect to the dash cam wifi. Total waste of time and money. It’s a con so stay clear from Uniden!
File selection highlight
It would be an improvement if the file selection is easier to highlight when selected. At the moment it’s barely noticeable when selected.
Useless App
Does not work at all, after connection, just splashes back to connect device screen. Advertised as a big selling point for this cam and makes me regret a uniden purchase. If my cam wasn’t hard wired I would be returning it.
Unable to stream and download
Sorry Uniden - great product on the camera but the app is very poor. The app connects to my device wifi but as soo as I press connect device it shows a splash screen then goes back to the start and I’m u able to live stream my device. This then does not allow downloading of stored images or videos. Needs better development on this app.

The most non intuitive and non user friendly app/device
Doesn’t work
Cannot watch a video without buffering every second and it takes ages to download just one video snippet, then it won’t play on the phone. Useless.
Waste of time
App doesn’t download pics or photos, only allows you to view camera on your phone. Still need to manually remove SD card to retrieve any data. Waste of an app

Not compatible with iPhone
I was not only discussed with the customer support but was told that my iPhone 11pro max is compatible with this product. Spent good amount of time and money hard wiring it together setting it up and the video doesn’t play on my phone. Can’t return due to hard wiring. Such a waste and disappointment. WILL NOT EVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM YOU AGAIN! Too many lies told and miss information!!

Doesn’t play videos
This app allows you to download the videos from the dashcam to iPhone, but what’s the point of this when you can’t playback the videos on your phone or computer. It only shows a still image with no sound for the entire duration of the video. And yes I have the latest updates for the app and phone. The only way to view and save videos is to take your SD card out and retrieve the files that way, otherwise you’re left with videos that are pointless and can’t be used for evidence in the case of an incident. One of the reasons I bought this cam was so I didn’t have to muck around with SD cards. I would have bought a cheaper alternative if I knew this function didn’t work as advertised.
