Please please update your app as my iGOCAM 445 will not get a live view therefore I can’t access my recordings. It’s absolutely rubbish and useless

I went and bought two of these useless dashcams. Looking for the receipt to return both - they should just go to landfill. And this is entirely related to the software - if it worked it would be acceptable. No live video despite being connected. Not a single recorded video plays (player error”. No help files and no support. DO NOT EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT EXPECTING THE SOFTWRE WILL WORK.

No direct video
Cannot access video on phone
Just so bad…
Nothing works, can’t play the videos from the device, can’t download videos from the device, no progress bars just screens that freeze for minutes on end.

I don’t even know if the camera is working or not as the app doesn’t show me anything!

It connects to the phone then is stuck in a loop asking the same question over and over

No live view - janky solution
The app is borderline unusable, exhausting to try and do even the simplest thing. Suddenly my live view stopped streaming, I tried everything, was ready to throw the camera away but tried turning off 5g (even though it was switched off in the app settings) and restarting the app. Suddenly it’s working. Far from easy or intuitive.

Just can’t get camera on
It’s new….. why can’t I get camera connected????

Why didn’t I listen to my inner voice. Smashed an older Uniden dashcam/gps years ago which would always fail when needed. The iiGoCam445 is totally useless- the wi-fi is never able to connect for more than a few seconds so you can’t even set the clock. The online user manual doesn’t even refer to 50% of the items that came in the box. To try and get wifi to connect I even drove somewhere remote, switched off wifi for everything else, reset my phone and attempted to connect and still got the ‘Wi-fi connected…wi-fi disconnected’ message. I’m not a tech idiot, I know what I am doing, this product is rubbish and I will never buy a uniden car product again.

Wish I didn’t buy the dashcam because the software is absolutely useless!
App keeps freezing or crashing altogether, no live streaming function, useless!
Starting to regret buying the iGo Cam 445 because it is 90% unusable without the app!
Uniden, it would be best to stick with CB radios. Or make sure your dash cams are non-reliant on an app to set it up and access it!

Like someone else said. Read instructions turn off data in app
When I first tried it had same problem failing.
Then actually read instructions properly and that one step is all that matters

App is bad. Camera is good
I have brought the igocam 445.. connects ok to the app but there’s no display on the app. Can’t view photos or videos on the app. Have to download them to your phone to even see them. Highly needs to preview on it.

The main reason I bought this unit is so that I can connect to it with my phone to download the data and that function does not work. Unit is junk!!!! The most annoying thing is it keeps announcing that the wifi is connected, but that means nothing because it doesn’t work!
