Does not work

I understand this app is over 10 years old. But the description says it works with this iPhone. It doesn’t. No sound and only one drum kit. It used to come with several kits. Please update it.

need dynamic tracking control!

It was sad to know that "dynamic tracking" function of drumagog wasnt part of Igog.
Igog has this feature called "velAUcity TRACKING" but it only works with touching the pads in the screen. When i plug a trigger through a Rocksmith cable, with an usb to lightining adaptor and in the MIC TRIGGER MODE, works perfectly, but is very dynamic! It would be amazing if i could control how much dynamic I want it to be, just like in drumagog's "dynamic tracking"
I was wondering if that implement in the app could be a possibility for a future update.
App integration would be something cool too. I have here in my Iphone 5c this app called BIAS FX, and it has a rack compressor that would be perfect to go before going to igog app. But in this case i will probably have to contact "positive grid" (the company that made BIAS FX) to let me integrate with Igog, just like it lets me do with the app "Fiddlicator" for example. I dont know for sure how this feature works, maybe there's something that can be done to let BIAS FX integrate with igog.
I'm very hopefull to suggest these things, it would be more than perfect if it happens.

Mic triggermode

To all the drummers that use mictrigger mode that is because is using your own voice if you speak loud then the velocity becomes hitting the drum harder if you don’t speak anything it will be softer

IGOG is awesome!

I’ve been using IGOG for years now and I love it! The samples sound great! I use it for rehearsals with a rock-n-roll brass band I’m in. I plug my iPhone into the sound system complete with subs and monitors, and it sounds excellent! It sure beats dragging my entire drum kit down there every time. I also use it at an open mic I help host, and jam in real-time with musicians that come up to play. They love it, although they’re always looking around for where the drums are setup. I am still waiting for an update for the newer, larger screen iPhones, (it’s been over a year since the last update) but other than that, this app ROCKS!!!

Don't waste your time or money

Not responsive. Not useful . Can't get rid of click on playback. Can't fix recorded tracks. Just a waste of space on my iPhone. Tried getting my money back and they said no. So, will share my thoughts so you won't get tricked like I did.

FAQ

What is iGOG: Massive Drums?

iGOG: Massive Drums is a multi-sampled drum machine application that utilizes advanced sampling technology to create highly realistic drum sounds. It features touch-sensitive pads that respond to the force of your touch, mimicking the feel of a real drum kit.

What makes the drum sounds realistic?

The app uses Drumagog technology, which incorporates up to 384 multi-sampled drum hits per pad. It combines dynamic, random, and positional samples to ensure that each hit sounds authentic, with variations in velocity and articulation, especially for hi-hats and snare rolls.

How does the touch-sensitive pad technology work?

iGOG features patent-pending VelAUcity technology, which allows the pads to respond accurately to how hard you strike them. The harder you hit, the louder the drum sound, providing a dynamic and expressive playing experience similar to a real drum kit.

Can I use my own drum sounds?

Yes, you can load your own drum kits using standard WAV, AIFF, or Drumagog .gog files. This allows for a high degree of customization and personalization of your drum sounds within the app.

What are the compatibility requirements for iGOG: Massive Drums?

For iPhone 2G and iPod Touch users, a headset is required to fully utilize the VelAUcity and mic triggering modes. For other devices, the app provides a realistic drum machine experience with advanced features.
