No verification email

I’ve been waiting for over an hour now for my verification email. Checked my spam and everything. Tried creating another account just incase I typed my email in wrong, but says my email is already registered with another account. I cannot log in to the app at all until my email is registered. Tried contacting them through their website and I get an error message everytime!
