Great format, but needs features
This app is the closest I’ve found that lets me keep track of all my food in the way I want. I used to keep a white board on my fridge and a spreadsheet for my freezer. This is much better. However I do hope they make improvements and add features. I think the price is way too much without additional features. 1. Big annoyance - the edit/delete option is too sensitive. It’s super easy to swipe a tiny bit too much and your item is deleted instead of edited. 2. Not enough categories - or maybe add tags? I’d like to have a category for baking, for example. Also, differentiate between sweet condiments and savory. Right now, I have to put flours in “other grains”. 3. If I change a name slightly, the category switches to “other” which messes up where it gets logged. 4. Grocery lists. No categories? Seriously? The grocery list seems almost non-functional. I really hope they continue to develop this as I love the overall idea, it just feels like it’s in beta right now. My 4 stars is based more on hope for the idea. Currently it’s more of a 3 star.
