Unstable and unreliable
Really bad app. Crashes all the time. Re-installed a couple of times but now, it is not working anymore.
Rubbish
Was working ok until 6 months ago. Now app doesn’t even recognise the UK as a region (let alone allow me to select my home library).
Incredibly glitchy
Good when it works, which is hardly ever. Crashes constantly or says service unavailable!
Not user friendly
I have been unable to log in. This app has been bothersome for many months now.
Not usable!
It refuses to let me in. I put in my card number and PIN number correctly. It’s now been 2 weeks of not being allowed into my account. The last 2 updates did absolutely nothing to help resolve issues.
