1.6.0
July 10, 2026
This update improves active workout logging, Apple Watch companion mode, and Recovery scoring: • Upgraded the Apple Watch workout experience. After starting a workout on iPhone, Watch now shows the current exercise, workout progress, the next suggested set, and a one-tap action to complete that set. • Made workout suggestions more practical, with small load increases after reaching a goal and more conservative guidance when recent performance drops. • Improved training plan editing with searchable training items, clearer selected-exercise sections, and the ability to add a missing exercise while editing a training item. • Expanded exercise library details for equipment, primary/secondary muscles, mechanics, force direction, level, and searchable attributes. • Refined Recovery scoring with more conservative weighting for sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and training load, plus multi-signal guards to reduce single-source misreads. • Polished in-workout plan refresh, rest interval display, Live Activity updates, exercise analysis details, localization, and naming across the app. Your data still stays on your device by default. Watch companion mode is used only after you start a workout from iPhone.
