CONNECT TO ITS WIFI
You need to go into your phones wifi connections and choose the one the device is sending out mines like “MEB_YE56”. Then the app will work FLAWLESSLY. That’s it, that’s all you need to do.

Very easy to set up! The instructions were clear. You need to connect to its own WiFi to be able to transfer photos and videos onto it and change the settings. I was able to transfer all of my photos very easily. The photos look great. It is a very nice photo display. It fits perfectly on my desk at work. Comes with usb charger to charge it.

Bad app
It’s not staying connected so you can download pictures. It won’t let me delete pictures. The app freezes. It would be cool.
Garbage
Bought 3 as gifts, “charged” 2 overnight & in the morning neither would turn on. Instructions are nearly impossible to decipher so useless.
I may break one open to see what’s inside but my guess - a weight & a red LED.

This could be such an amazing thing but the wifi doesn’t show up at all. The instructions suck. This is such a waste of money
SCAM - avoid
I bought the “pixelorb” expecting it to work with android, but no app was available. I contacted them and as there was no app, I asked for a refund. They promised if I gave them a few days they would have an app for me. They sent several attempts that failed, then said wanted me to open an app they sent requiring me to disable my security settings… um, no. Oh well, you are past the time of the return window. No return for you. Now, radio silence. I got screwed. There are many sellers - probably all the same chinese company with different fronts.

Save your money
This doesn’t connect to the internet to allow me to download my pictures. The instructions are limited and the app doesn’t help you out either
App works fine.
The app works fine. You have to connect your WiFi to the WiFi on the crystal ball. Once you’re connected, you can upload videos and pictures through the app. If you want to upload pictures, you go to settings and switch the mode to pictures. Do the same for videos. In the app you can edit the photos and videos to fit the crystal ball which is really nice. In the app you can check the battery level of the crystal ball, increase or decrease lightning, and change language. The app is very basic and easy to navigate! Great app. Have not run into any issues. I recommend!

Doesn’t work
I can connect to the orb, but trying to transfer even a simple picture results in spinning and then an error.
WiFi connection doesn’t work
Doesn’t work, seems difficult to upload and transmit video clips onto the orb.. I’m not sure if the one I ordered is broken, but it doesn’t connect.
