I wasted 5 minutes on this test to get some arbitrary number with no explanation. The history area shows todays test result duplicated in all previous years. Utter waste of time.

Mental Wellness made simple

Downloaded to test out how my bodies handling stress load on my mental functioning. Brain dogs the worst am I right…. Well this app actually gave me some real solid metrics to work with. Score is easy to read and you can deep dive the data if you use it a lot over time.
