Flashing and wont stop. The app is horrendous. I haven’t used it in a while and cannot reset the username or password. Basically jink

I found an old speaker- clock I cannot connect it I have set up an account with iHome but to log into the app it does not work.

Class Action Lawsuit
My team and I have put together a class action lawsuit as these products are still actively being sold under false pretenses. The app does not work and they have no intention on fixing it, therefore the products being sold will not work as advertised. App not working anymore
I liked the clock and bt speaker and especially Alexa, I live in AZ. We don’t spring forward or fall back and there is no AZ time zone to choose, therefore I have to manually reset clock twice a year. But I can’t login into this app nor reset password. Clock is useless now.

App doesn’t work and now my expense alarm clock won’t
Don’t buy anything from iHome, quite the scam. Had to update our router etc. which changed our WIFI password. Went to update in the app and lo and behold it wouldn’t work. So, I removed the app and downloaded it again and now I cannot login or re-connect my alarm clock. Now I have an unused appliance just sitting on my nightstand awaiting trash day.
