Exceptional Emulator
This is a phenomenal emulator. I use an HP48GX daily for my engineering work, and have lots of customization - KEYMAN, UNITMAN, lots of applications loaded, etc.
This emulator allows you to load up any of these customizations very easily - more easily than on the real hardware in fact.
I do manage to crash it frequently when messing around with the applications and configuration in various ports, but it usually restarts back within a couple of actions.
Overall I’m super impressed with this and use it all the time when I don’t have the real thing at hand.

My go to iPhone calculator
Well developed calculator, works just like my old HP48 in school.
Good but constantly crashes
Love it, except for the fact that it constantly crashes on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Doesn’t crash for my coworker, don’t know what sort of phone she has…
Solid Emulation, but No Keyboard Support
Really great port of the emulator to MacOS. However, there is zero support for the keyboard. The basics should be mapped like the letters, numbers, and arrow keys at a minimum. For bonus, map the ‘~’ to alpha key, +,-,*,/, ‘on’ to ‘esc’, ‘<-‘ to left shift, ‘->’ to right shift, and ‘backspace’ to ‘delete’ key.

Best calculator
Solid app. If you are an engineer, don’t need to look for something else.

Loving this app, using it daily! Nostalgic, but more importantly also faster for me than any other calc app.
App constantly crashes
While this emulator is by far the best HP48G/GX emulator for iOS I’ve ever used, *while it’s working*, the reason for my rating is that *the app constantly crashes randomly.* This is on an iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS version 18.7.1. If the app didn’t crash, I’d definitely give it five stars.

Perfect 48G Simulator
Being an owner of a 48G, I was really impressed by the feature and functionality parity to the original. Even the skin and colors are spot on. Really excellent job!!

In fairness, I’ve only recently gotten this app because my actual HP-48SX developed a keyboard issue that may sadly be impractical to repair. So I’ve just begun to explore the features. However, so far, it seems excellently done. It’s so nice to have all the power of this iconic and amazing calculator available on demand on my phone. I don’t know if it’s also programmable like the hardware device - that would be challenging to achieve - but it’s awesome to work with integrals, summations, equation solver, matrices, etc., just like the actual calculator. Superbly recommended! Thank you.

Stopped working
I loved it, but it's stopped working on my 1st generation SE. The buttons seem to function, but no display.
