Great relaxing app

My wife was adamant on having a pain relief free birth, this app really helped her remain calm and focused. Can’t thank the developers enough.

Waste of money

Not happy with the service. I have payed twice and then it says pay to unlock the full, which I have twice don’t upgrade.

Paid for upgrade but nothing unlocked

I paid for the upgrade to get access to all parts but nothing unlocked. I’d like my money back or have all features unlocked ASAP, please!

Don’t upgrade!!!! You can’t access anything extra!!!

I paid for the upgrade (after downloading the app for free) and over a week later I still am not able to access any of the upgraded content so
I have paid for nothing! I have contacted the app team via the email on the app twice and I have not heard anything about getting access to the extra content!! Bunch of con artists please don’t waste your money you won’t get anything extra!!

The upgrade is the paid version so it opens as a separate app which sometimes leads to confusion. Rest assured this app is not a con. It has been created with content produced by psychologists and health professionals and it has helped thousands of women around the globe to experience a calm and empowered birth. Love the new update-it’s brill. Really helpful tracks and works much better than the last version.

Don’t upgrade!

The upgrade is exactly the same as the free version, says the same things apart from a few extra sentences. The free app isn’t bad, I listen to it to relax when in bath but I regret paying for the upgrade.

The free iHypnobirth-Lite version includes two 3 hypnosis audios. The paid iHypnobirth version includes 4 hypnosis audios, two mindfulness audios, calming music and sounds and articles. We hope you enjoy the updated version with the content.

Calming affirmations

I only downloaded the free portion of the app which is the positive birth affirmations. I love listening to them at least once a day & already feel a shift in my mindset. I think that the music & voice are soothing. I’m debating purchasing the whole app...hopefully the other meditation is very similar

Only plays 1 second of music then stops. Have to buy the full version. Which I won’t be doing now!!

Crashed

After reading the reviews I was excited to try this but as soon as I clicked on something that is meant to be available in the free app it crashed. I was hoping to try the free one before the paid version but not risking it. Very disappointed.

It's free

One track for free, the rest you pay for. To be clear I am reviewing the free track only, as I didn't download the rest.

Yes there is a lot of reverb on the voice as one reviewer points out. I have been listening to this at night for a few weeks now. It is kind of hokey but also soothing. I was having some contractions the other day and was panicking, so I decide to lie down and listen to this - it calmed me down immediately and the contractions stopped.

It goes a little too fast to actually repeat the affirmations to yourself as they suggest, but if you listen to it enough you kind of memorize it. I use this more than I thought I would. As it is free, I encourage you to try it and just see if you like it or not.

Nice app, but voice has too much echo

Nice app, but the echo in the voice is hard to hear. It takes too much effort to pay attention through the echo.

Nice Affirmations

To be clear this light version of the app only includes the 20ish minute positive affirmations track. If you want all four tracks then you need to buy the full version.
I do like the track included, nice soothing background with a calming female voice reading the affirmations. Very much worth downloading for expecting Moms.
