I love it!

I am just starting out with the shorter meditations focusing on breathing, and also doing the body scan meditation as well. I can’t wait to delve deeper into this practice as my pregnancy progresses!

Calms my fears!

I love it and her voice! So soothing!!! The recordings are really nice and really help you feel calm. But i do wish there was more. I believe theres 3 recordings where she speaks and but one sounds like a repeat.

Waste of money

There is only one track that plays for the relaxation and behind all the affirmations. You quickly become sick of hearing it as it just circles round.
Really barely anything to this app.
Disappointed, waste of money. Don't bother with it.

Awesome!

I will come back on here to review how he Birth went, but as of practicing them now... all I can say is that the lady makes me fall asleep immediately or get into a very relaxed state. This is just what I need because my first birth I was screaming bloody murder on the top of my lungs and I need something to calm me down so I can connect with my body.

Okay—- so Update on my birth sinc getting this!! Got my Natural BIRTH, was able to listen to this in the hospital l and d room, in the background and it just eliminated so much tension I would have had otherwise. I also enjoyed the lady’s voice, so soothing, makes you calm down!! So happy I purchased this. FYI- i only listened prior to birth twice, not because I didn’t want too, just because I didn’t have tons of time before he was ready to pop. It still was worth it for a natural birth if you want it. It’s like having a doula or midwife with you coaching you on every 4 second followed by relaxing music in between.

Disappointing. Not as much content as I’d hoped

For $3.99, this is a very minimal app of 3 guided meditations and no instructions for use. While I enjoy the audio, the quality is a bit poor and the narrator misspeaks several times in the recording, corrects herself, and continues on.
