Newly Purchased
Purchased the equipment 24-hrs ago, attempted to connect via Wi-Fi and continuously receive the "connection failed" error message. Tried connecting via Carplay - same error message. Will give it 2 more attempts before returning the equipment and deleting the app. Also, I reached out to customer service via email as suggested - no response all day.

WiFi keeps disconnected when you try to download the videos

Camera has great resolution unfortunate I’m going to have to return it because it is absolutely useless. I could never access it through my phone or look at any videos. It’s completely pointless. It never connects to the camera. This app is horrible.

What about CarPlay mode?
While installing I quickly found out that the phone app will not allow you to use CarPlay mode. You have to be in Bluetooth mode

The clarity is amazing. For being able to install this whole system by myself into my vehicle.
Nearly impossible to connect to camera
I’m trying to access the footage from my camera after a break-in and even though I connect to the Wi-Fi in the camera, it does not allow me to view the data and it keeps telling me to connect to the Wi-Fi. I have checked about 20 times at this point, and it is still not letting me access the data.
This app works really well.
All my cameras connected to the same app.I download which video I want and it’s in the same app which is really easy to use.
