I am very disappointed with the registration process for the events
Although tickets are managed through the IJA app, purchasing or requesting a ticket does not seem to guarantee a clear or timely response. After being asked to provide my Instagram profile, my request was placed "on hold" and, as of today (the 5th), I still have not received any update or explanation.
Requiring attendees to submit their social media profiles without clearly explaining how that information is used raises concerns about transparency and fairness. It gives the impression that access to the event may be influenced by factors unrelated to the ticket itself, rather than following a clear and objective process.
If attendance is subject to approval, this should be communicated openly before people go through the registration process. Participants deserve clear criteria, timely communication, and equal treatment.
I hope the organizers improve their process by providing transparent selection criteria, responding within a reasonable timeframe, and treating all applicants fairly and respectfully.

C’est pas normal que l’application demande OBLIGATOIREMENT tant d’informations sur l’utilisateur ! Prénom et nom, âge, adresse mail, les liens des profils réseaux sociaux… ça serait bien que vous enleviez l’obligation de saisir ces info.. J’étais satisfait de l’application.. mais là..
Comme pour toutes les autres plateformes, nom et prénom + mail est largement suffisant.
