This app cannot recognize my accout. I tried to sign in with my account more than hundreds of times. Please contact me about what is the problem. I can sign in with Safari, but cannot sign in with the app. Also, with safari, I can read all of the articles by entering the site through the library site. But with this app, it saids that if I want to use institutional access, I have to connect to the network of my school. Then, in this winter, with this cold weather, during the vacation, do I have to go to the school which located top of the mountain despite I don’t have any classes neither lab meeting? The app is worse than Safari. Please correct them.
