About
Jaapp - Dizionario is the only real Japanese dictionary in Italian in the App Store. This dictionary is built to be a handy tool for those who are studying Japanese or for the curious that want to learn something in a simple and economic way.
CHARACTERISTICS
- over 7000 commonly used words
- over 2000 Kanji with animated writing strokes
- No need of internet. It works 100% offline
- Phrase book: over 300 commonly used phrases useful for various circumstances
- Tables: 5 tables useful for those who are beginners in studying Japanese (the section will expand in the future with more tables)
Research
A word can be searched in Italian, Japanese, English, Kanji, Hiragana, and Romaji.
You can make research through the specialized section that will allow you to look for a Kanji character based on:
- JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level)
- Jōyō Grade (School year the Kanji are taught)
- Radical

First of all I want to thank everyone who supported me through tests or bug reports as always. It took me some time to redesign the app to make it easier to update the database. besides that, I was able to fix several problems: - Fixing of graphical problems of the app on devices of type Plus or XS or XS Max, and on iPad in Split View mode. - Fixed all bugs regarding kanji and radicals and crashing the application. - Enhancement of the search engine - added 80 new words
