I like this game I really do, like for so long I knew the otomania one and now it’s changed to this which is cool and all but why am I now missing the 300 gems I had, it’s not fair to do this and I have to restart everything

I've been reading in the new format for a couple of days now, and I'm quite satisfied with everything. It's a shame I can't mark stories I've read or somehow track what I've read before, because I've read quite a few of your novellas. Now I've decided to reread everything from the beginning and start with my first novella! I'd like the splash screen when switching to a novella to be the same as the one on the novella's cover, and not the one when I log in and in the app itself. I'd like to see the cover better and have it look a bit like before, when I logged into the game and loaded it, the novella's cover would be visible, not those three guys from different stories!

Incroyable !
J’adore ce jeu, je passe deux heures dessus, il est vraiment génial ! C’est tellement génial qu’on a absolument pas besoin de mettre de l’argent dessus pour pouvoir avancer et ça c’est top ! J’aimerais juste plus de jeux qui sortent chaque semaines car pour les personnes qui lisent beaucoup, on a vite fait le tour. De plus, une page Instagram comme quand le jeu s’appelait Otomania, ça serait génial !

Meilleur jeux otome game ever
J’ai toujours aimé vos jeux depuis très longtemps. J’y joue régulièrement, et les retrouver sur cette application me rend vraiment heureuse.
Le seul point négatif que j’ai remarqué, c’est l’absence du jeu permettant de gagner des pièces en échange de diamants. C’est un système que j’ai toujours beaucoup apprécié par rapport à d’autres otome games, car il permettait de gagner des diamants gratuitement tout en s’amusant.
J’ai vu que vous aviez conservé les pièces, donc j’espère sincèrement que vous remettrez ce système.
Continuez comme ça, vos jeux sont tous plus géniaux les uns que les autres. Merci pour tout votre travail.

horrible customer service
i really wish i could give this five stars, but with how this company treats its customers i can’t. let me start off by saying you should read the prior reviews before mine. their customer service is atrocious. many got discourteous responses. i got no response from them whatsoever. it’s sadly a consistent experience. i even spent over hundreds of dollars on their prior app otomania before they deleted it out of nowhere then reuploaded it here. all of my data was lost. they don’t care, even if you are a supporter. and their definition of a supporter isn’t good either. not everyone is like me and has the money to spend, so they watch adds which still generates revenue for them btw. other than that, the content is good, stories well written and character designs phenomenal. just for that i decided to give it 2 stars instead of one, but because it’s so poorly managed i have to give it way less than five stars. disappointing.

As histórias são muito boas!! Mas tem um problema que atrapalha muito! Que é a segunda temporada das histórias, que nunca carregam e fica em um loop infinito e nunca começa a história. Esse problema aconteceu na história “scarlet rebellion”

I'm disappointed
I have been playing Genius / Ikemen-style games since 2018, back from the days of the My Drama app. At that time I was still in school and simply did not have the ability to make in-app purchases. Even later, I could not always afford to spend money on games.
Despite that, I logged in every day, watched advertisements, collected daily rewards, and saved in-game currency for years. These options — ads, point exchanges, daily bonuses — were officially provided by the developers themselves, and I actively used them.
Before Otomania was shut down, there was a post about data transfers, but it never specified that only paying users would be eligible. Many players, including me, kept hope that our progress could be restored in the future. However, after the release of the new game, it turned out that all data of non-paying users had been deleted and could not be transferred.
What was even more disappointing was the tone of the support responses. I was told directly that users who did not spend money are “not real fans” and that the company “does not want players who won’t pay even one dollar.” Hearing this after many years of daily activity and ad watching — which also generates revenue — was honestly very discouraging.
It is important to remember that not every player always has the financial ability to spend money on games. Lack of purchases does not equal lack of appreciation or loyalty.
The most upsetting part is not only the impossibility of the transfer itself, but the lack of clear warning beforehand and the dismissive attitude toward long-term free players. Any user who played for years without paying could have become a paying customer later. Instead, many loyal players simply felt written off.
I am writing this so other users do not keep false hopes about restoring their progress and can better understand the company’s actual policy toward free players.

Great but some games aren’t playable
I really do love the app and I know the developers are working hard on releasing games on both android and iPhone- just sadly there are a few games on here that won’t load at all for me or will play season one and then season 2 won’t load at all. Hopefully it gets fixed soon but no rush!

All the stories seem great. However there’s an issue where I can’t play any of them.. I really hope that it gets fixed soon because I was really excited to play some of them.
