Bulky and confusing booking system
Trying to register our pet-sitter to visit twice a day during our vacation is seemingly impossible. Two vacations in a row, our sitter has been hassled by security guards due to the QR code “not being valid,” despite filling in the visitor registration with the required information. Dealing with this kind of nonsense is about the last thing we should have to be doing while on vacation!

The facility badminton court only can be book for one hour is to less management should provide owner for booking 2 hour.and also if we want to book the facility need to before 48 hour but sometimes the system error someone can book more early it causes troublesome to us hope that can improve system
