App is buggy
This app is pretty buggy and the Apple Watch doesn’t work, it just shows “Unable to load” in the complication. Bummer because it could be super useful.
Was unable to use due to the apple payment system and it did not transfer to the web site
I used this service as a paid pro subscriber for many years when I was a windsurfer. I recently tried it again but on the App Store but was unable to get my expected access. I would like to delete this review as it has nothing to do with the program itself. Apple refunded the money so I am currently not a paid pro subscriber. If I decide to try again, it will be directly and not through the Apple Store.

Can’t create account or log in
When I try to create an account through the app, it freezes and does nothing. So I created an account through their web UI and then tried to use those credentials to log in via the app. It tells me my username or password are wrong. They can’t be wrong - I created them via LastPass and had LastPass enter them for both the website signup flow and the app login flow. Their system is clearly just broken in a fundamental way, so I give up. If they can’t even make their own app work for the fundamental things like letting you log in or sign up, how can I expect them to get complicated stuff like weather forecasts right?

I had difficulty seeing meters after getting new phone. The support team got back with me fairly quickly to easily resolve problem
I do count on this app for all my water sport activities.
Knowing wind and tide reports for all my sports saves me much unnecessary driving time. I do prefer the older "classic" wind reports.

One of my most used daily apps! iKitesurf lives on my Home Screen for quick access. The realtime wind readings give a clear picture of what’s happening now and the forecasts are phenomenally accurate.
