I've got a couple of very expensive iKlips USB sticks that keep on crashing every time I try to use them on iPhone.

iklips 64gb thumb drive
initially gave a 3 star rating to transfer mp3 files mainly to iphone for playback but other music files require additional apps for play and the customer service isn't as helpful to get further involved in this device's function. Tried several youtube tutorials but still stuck with issues. Besides the pop up to "please donate to iklips", everytime I open app I would consider it more if I thought more support was available.

Why is it I cannot add to an existing note. Or explain on how I do it. I have five Adam Elements devices. They are great.
Not user friendly
I can’t reset my pssword. I have tried so many times to get in but I couldn’t recall my password and can’t find where to reset it as well.
Great app long time ago not good
Adams Elements iKlips usb/apple lightening connector combo worked flawlessly with my older iPad. I cannot recommend this App with the new IPad Pro in any way.
You can use it with your Microsoft PC but that is not why I purchased it. No longer works after the upgrade. Does a not even recognized the jump drive anymore. Keep asking to insert the drive.
Please do not waste your money buying iKlips products!

Needs adapter to work with new devices
I still love the ability to move photos from my scanner to my iPhone 11 and my laptop but it is no longer compatible with mi new IPad Pro and newt phones that have usb C ports instead of lightning ports. I wish you offered an adapter so all my stored files were accessible on all my devices. If so, I would give it 5 stars instead of needing to replace it with a new device.

New interface does not work anymore
I own iKlips II Adam for the last three years and it functions beautifully, only when I updated the app with its new interface, am not able to access this new UI, files could be found through the files app on IOS However.. I appreciate support from the manufacturers to resolve this issue .. thank you

GREAT ONCE YOU GET THE HANG OF IT!!
I have had the Klips flash drive for several years. I have downloaded numerous info to the numerous folders. It works great with the USB or the Apple adapter. I will be buying more of them. They require several different authenticities of your choosing. Give the flash drive a 10!!

Obwohl mein iKlipsII erst reibungslos funktionierte bekam ich plötzlich in der App die Fehlermeldung, dass der Stick falsch formatiert sei. Seitdem kann ich auf meine Daten von meinem iPhone aus nicht mehr zugreifen. Aus meiner Sicht eine absolute Katastrophe !.

Ich habe den ersten Stik. vor ca. 2 Jahren gekauft und war sehr erfreut über die leichte, klare und schnelle Bedienbarkeit und Möglichkeiten. So habe ich alles darauf umgestellt. Sorgen mache ich mir, da ich im Handel kaum noch Stiks bekomme und frage mich was da los ist.
