Never had a payment system like this for any property I’ve lived in and it makes it so much easier to split rent and see what you owe. I love it.

Should haven’t waited for everything to be working and all the numbers to be correct before introducing it to all the tenants.

Can’t submit my inventory check
Just moved a week ago and used the app to complete my inventory check. I however cannot submit it which is very annoying given I took the photos within the app. I now have to redo everything including my comments and send them as attachments via email. This is quite stressful

The amount of effort to complete a simple rent payment is ridiculous been attempting since the 1st going back and forth with emails. Please sort this out.
