(Swipe the screen up or down in Low light mode to adjust brightness intensity) • All reported complaints, bugs and frustrations regarding the entire functionality of the app have been resolved. • Numerous bug fixes (including issues with Strobe Light, Instant-On, Mirror, and the Flashlight itself) and stability improvements.

I like this

I wanted a simple way to use my iPad 2 as a lantern to walk home from the pub in the dark. You can use one of the standard apps like Reminders but you run the risk of accidentally changing something by touching the screen.
This is perfect, you choose the app and the screen lights up instantly. Don't need the light anymore? Just hit the off button.

I think there should be an option to increase the display brightness completely as the app is opened.
