Although I’m glad rewards are more easy to obtain, as in faster reward system, I hate that you can’t upload a receipt without having that card on file. I really don’t trust just having my card info on there like that. I also hate that you can’t just check in. So inconvenient and annoying. Also confusing because when you use a receipt it asks for the total, i highly doubt you want me to include the tip in that but I wasn’t sure if you would decline it if I didn’t put the actual total spent… i used the notes but ya this system sucks

Yikes! New App doesn’t work
Love Illegal Pete’s food, but the most recent app update is really bad. The design and interface is way harder to use, and full of glitches. But most importantly it looks like delivery ordering is broken when you try to use Rewards.

I love Illegal Pete’s food, but this new app is terrible!
No vegan nachos
The only way to get nachos with green chile and without cheese is to pay to add the green chile as an extra for a few dollars. But if I ordered with cheese the chile would be free. Please make an option to get green chile without cheese without an extra fee.

Food Awesome! Ordering via the app - meh
When it comes to food, Illegal Pete’s is awesome! Great tasting food, large portions! A great value for the money. But order the food in person. The app does not give an option for Apple Pay, not a big deal but I had to go track down my debit card to enter. Then the order was incorrect. We order two orders of nachos. One was missing the queso & green chile. Seriously how do you have nachos without at least queso?????? The other order was missing the Pinto beans. So that was disappointing. Next time I will just order in the store so I can watch to make sure they add everything.

No Communication
I made an order through the app and even with notifications on I did not get any updates of when my food was “delivered”. My order never showed up. I called the location during business hours, no answer. I cannot see any other way to get a resolution to my missing order or refund. I left a voicemail.

Half the time I try to use this app it says “other error returned from server”. Really frustrating. Please fix this

Not a knock on Pete’s at all. Love the place. The app is mid. Always signs me out when I’m not on WiFi, thus stopping me from placing an order while I’m on the go
Auto tipping when placing pickup order
Title speaks for itself, this should be illegal! I get it employees need tips, but asking me to tip before I even get the service is insanity. Auto tipping needs to be removed this is ridiculous. They once took 25% on a $40 order without notifying me at all and without any way for me to cancel the order, and then the food I received was far beneath the service quality that would be anticipated at that price.

Tried to apply my rewards but it was not deducted from my total. Finally gave up.

Adds a large autotip without asking. It’s counterservice. A 20% autotip is nuts

Please fix this app
Horrible app. I always get logged out and can’t login for like 50 attempts and it keeps saying “other error returned from server”. Absolutely ridiculous. I eat here less due to this glitchy app. Please fix this.
